Who you are contracting with
Fantasy Freedom is owned and operated by Robert Woods (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By using this service you are entering into an agreement with Robert Woods, trading as Fantasy Freedom.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Fantasy Freedom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you represent, to accept these terms.
Description of service
Fantasy Freedom is a fantasy football companion that lets users sync their Yahoo and ESPN leagues, or input their own leagues, to compare projected lineups, track standings, simulate drafts, and get trade, waiver, and lineup suggestions.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: using it for any unlawful purpose; fraud, spam, or deceptive activity; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or vulnerability scanning); scraping the site in ways that violate these terms; attempting to access data you do not own; or reverse engineering the application.
Intellectual property
Robert Woods retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions or single-season purchases, billed at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy.
Service level
We work hard to keep Fantasy Freedom available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free performance. Projections, standings odds, and suggestions are informational tools, not guarantees of fantasy success.
Third-party data
Fantasy Freedom relies on third-party fantasy platforms and projection sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of those third parties. You use third-party integrations at your own risk and must comply with those platforms' terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. When access ends, you may request an export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Fantasy Freedom is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
